Today was not difficult. I had a lot of running around to do, so it helped that I wasn't just sitting at home with my kids.
I am down an additional 2.6 lbs today. Total loss: 6 lbs.
I started the hCG diet on January 23rd. I weighed 271.4 lbs on Day 1. I purchased enough hCG for a 43 day program. That means I should complete phase 2 on March 12th. Then, I will complete phase 3 on April 2nd. My goal weight is 165 lbs. That is 105 lbs less than I weighed at the start of the hCG diet. I am hoping that during round 1, I will get down to at least 230. A healthy weight for my height/build is between 150-170.
